Since AIFIL is a non-profit association that does not sell any tangible goods through the web, our payment platform shall only be used for the payment of annual membership fees and, occasionally, of any other registration fees for activities that may be organized within the scope of its purpose.
Therefore, any reimbursements by AIFIL will be exclusively limited to incorrect collections due to material errors in fee payment processes, without prejudice to the inclusion of more precise causes individually connected to each organized activity, which will always be explicitly detailed in the calls for such activities.
Requests for reimbursements must be sent to [email protected] no later than 15 calendar days from the date of payment, and reimbursements will be made through the same means of payment within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the requests.
